Picklebet is an innovative and fast-growing sports and racing betting platform dedicated to delivering a best-in-class wagering experience. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Racing Assistant Manager to support the ongoing operations of our racing product.

About the Role

The Racing Assistant Manager will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and performance of our racing product. This position involves real-time monitoring of betting activity, risk assessment, customer support liaison, and contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of our racing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Racing Product Management & Data Accuracy - Ensure the accuracy of all customer-facing racing data, including race fields, scratchings, jockey/trainer/driver details, form comments, track conditions, event times, and results.

Bet Monitoring & Risk Assessment - Monitor incoming bets to ensure bets align with customer profile ratings. Investigate rejected bets and escalate any abnormalities promptly. Assess the risk of sharp wagers and make necessary price adjustments while profiling clients accurately based on their risk profile.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution - Provide timely and professional updates to the Customer Support team regarding key issues that may impact customer experience. Work closely with internal teams to resolve product or operational complications as they arise.

Trading & Risk Management - Ensure full coverage of real-time trading tools. Assist in compiling risk reports and drive informed decision-making.

Racing Promotions & Reporting - Facilitate the application of promotional codes on events and ensure banners are correctly displayed on-site. Report any market anomalies or product issues to senior management.

Leadership & Training - Support the development of junior and new trading team members by providing guidance and training. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Picklebet’s bookmaking product by offering insights and innovative ideas.

Company Engagement - Assist in preparing trading-related updates for company-wide meetings, including All Hands and Quarterly updates.
