Forum Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly regarded property developer owner and manager who due to another internal promotion are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their dynamic and collaborative team based in Melbourne's CBD.

The Position

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be working in a team of experienced property professionals and be responsible for assisting in the management of a mixed portfolio of A grade commercial and retail buildings, with a key focus on customer relationships and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional customer engagement and experience to corporate tenants.
• Assist with preparing business and plans, financial budgets, and reporting with sole responsibility for variance commentaries on operational budgets
• Administer and manage important documents i.e., leases and insurances.
• Work closely with internal facilities, finance, and property management team.

Key competencies:

• Experience supporting the management of A-grade office buildings.
• Currently working as an Assistant Property Manager or Lease Administrator.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, attention to detail, time management and efficiency.
• Have a flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, confidence to take initiative and be goal orientated.
• Experience working with and taking ownership of financial reporting and variance commentaries
