We are excited our long standing client, a global market leader in Logistics and Supply Chain, to source the best talent on the market in the Dispatch and Transport space for the role of Dispatch Officer. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery and pick-up timeslots using an online booking portal.
• Process driver paperwork, including load manifests and pallet transfer documentation.
• Monitor driver check-in/check-out processes and ensure site inductions for new drivers.
• Book transport through carrier online portals.
• Ensure drivers comply with PPE requirements (Hi-Vis clothing, safety boots).
• Report late and unscheduled vehicles.
• Conduct general administration tasks, including filing and weighbridge verification reporting.
• Provide essential support to the Dock Office and Operations teams.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A professional phone and email manner.
• Previous data entry or administration experience in a fast-paced logistics or transport environment is essential.
• A proactive approach and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
