Job Description

We are seeking a Trainee Dispatch Officer to join our Courier and Taxi Truck departments. This is a rare, entry-level position that requires a good work ethic, attention to detail, good interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment. If you currently work in the fast food or retail sectors, and are wanting the chance to build a career, then this opportunity might be perfect for you. Full training will be provided.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• scheduling the sub-contractors’ daily runs based on the most efficient route.
• Liaising between the client and the sub-contractor to ensure all deliveries are completed within the agreed timeframes.
• Ensuring customers are kept informed of any variables or delays with their delivery.
• Being highly proficient in all Contract client delivery processes and requirements.
• Being acutely aware of Work Health and Safety legislation and how it relates to our sub-contractors and service provision.

The Package

• $60,000 base salary per annum
