Fresh Produce Receivals & Dispatch Manager

Are you an experienced professional in fresh produce handling? Do you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for efficiency in stock receivals and processing? Eco-Farms Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated team member to manage our fresh produce dispatch & receivals operations.

About the Role

As a key part of our team, you will manage the receival & processing & then dispatching oof fresh produce in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in dispatching, receiving and working with fresh produce . The team works Monday to Friday between the hours of 3am & 12 noon.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading stock and verifying delivery paperwork
• Completing receival documentation and stock records
• Ensuring accurate stock rotation and storage in temperature-controlled zones
• Stickering and labeling of products
• Conducting quality checks
• Overseeing order packing and dispatch

Skills & Experience

• Strong multi-tasking and leadership skills
• Previous experience in fresh produce handling
• Competence in general computer operations
• Valid Forklift License (essential)
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow operational procedures
