The Role:

Join us as a dynamic General Manager and be the driving force behind our administrative, sales, and operational excellence. You'll spearhead strategic initiatives, collaborate closely with leadership, and empower teams to achieve exceptional results. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in fueling our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Leadership: Manage and mentor the Administrative and Accounts teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Sales Team Oversight: Support sales team by overseeing processes, contribute to sales strategies and monitor performance.
• Strategic Operations: Collaborate with the Director and Operations team to streamline administrative processes and contribute to strategic planning.
• Human Resources: Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, manage HR records, and ensure compliance.
• Financial Administration: Support the Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts (including XERO), and ensure smooth financial workflows.
• Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate outsourced IT services.
• Asset Management: Oversee vehicle fleet management, insurance policies, and database maintenance.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
• General Office Oversight: Handle all aspects of general office management and address ad-hoc tasks as required.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in an Office Manager or Business Management role (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with XERO.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant workplace experience within a fast paced environment.
• This is an onsite role.

Desirable Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Insightly or other CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the solar industry.
