What You'll Be Doing 🎯

✔ Lead the estimating process to support business growth.
✔ Review tender specifications and drawings to assess material and resource requirements.
✔ Develop subcontractor and supplier packages, compiling procurement plans.
✔ Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, managing queries during tenders.
✔ Identify risks and opportunities, working with planners on schedules and resource planning.
✔ Prepare tender submissions, including pricing, schedules, and QA documentation.

What We're Looking For 🏆

🔸 Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial fitouts, refurbishments, and remediation projects.
🔸 Experience securing tenders and delivering projects on time and within budget.
🔸 Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Cubit, Buildsoft, CostX).
🔸 Strong understanding of construction sequencing and cost breakdowns.
🔸 Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - you'll be engaging with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
🔸 Problem-solving mindset - able to navigate challenges and provide cost-effective solutions.
🔸 Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver's licence.
