The Opportunity Join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering innovative commercial fitout projects. As a Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating, budgeting, and tendering across all project stages—from sales through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Prepare cost plans, tender submissions, budgets, and forecasts
✔️ Analyze architectural drawings to develop accurate project estimates
✔️ Collaborate with design teams to ensure cost-effective solutions
✔️ Prepare and submit tenders, including BOQs and procurement schedules
✔️ Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing
✔️ Conduct risk analysis and assess cost factors
✔️ Maintain strong industry relationships and stay updated on market trends

What You Need
�� Minimum 3 years’ experience in estimating within D&C commercial fitouts
�� Relevant qualification in construction, estimating, or related field
�� Strong knowledge of trade scopes, materials, and buildability
�� Proficiency in Cubit & Procore software
�� Excellent analytical, negotiation, and multitasking skills
�� Ability to interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
