Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all aspects of a project from conception to completion.
• Working closely with a team of architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage project risks and identify potential issues
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience on mid/high rise residential projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
