The Role

Due to their continued success and an incredibly exciting future, this prestigious builder/developer are looking to add another Senior Project Manager to the team. You will be walking in ahead of time and will take responsibility of your projects from start to finish. You are not being employed to clean up someone else’s mess!

You will take on a luxury apartment building in on the Brisbane CBD fringes. You will have commercial support in the form of Senior CA and Cadet, Design Management support at head office and a very well-resourced site team including an exceptional Site Manager, Site Supervisors, HSE Advisor.

About You

You will have experience working on the highest-level finish on luxury apartments from basement dig through to the final details of their impressive quality.

You will be an inspirational leader, strong building technician and have a keen eye for detail. Your ability to run a well programmed, highly organised and motivated team will be the lead indicator for your success with safety, quality and program targets.

You will have experience leading a large teams (10+ people) by developing a culture that is fine tuned for success. Your leadership traits will bring the best out of your team members and subcontractors alike. You will be used to working with MSP, JobPac and Procore (or similar).

You will have had 10+ years’ experience working as a Project Manager in a Tier1/Tier2 environment running projects valued at $60m +.
