About the Role As Group Customer Relations Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience at every interaction. Your ability to build meaningful relationships, anticipate customer needs, and uphold the highest standards of service will contribute to the ongoing success and reputation of their group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with VIP and high-profile clients
• Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, luxury hospitality experience tailored to their preferences.
• Collaborate with venue teams to maintain exceptional service and brand consistency.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage special requests and provide personalised recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong background in guest relations, luxury hospitality, or high-end service.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional presence.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to exceeding client expectations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Experience working with VIPs or high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
