To be successful in being shortlisted for this role it is ideal you possess the following:

• Structural engineering, Project or Construction management Tertiary qualifications (Or similar)
• Minimum 3 years (local) construction Delivery exp!!
• - as site supervisor / project coordination or project engineer
• - candidates with Senior PM or PD experience encouraged to also apply!
• +Tier 1/ 2/ 3 contractor exp (ideal) but not essential
• + Major commercial / social multi-level building project exposure (essential)
• Local (Australian) Project Management Experience (essential) on Project value greater than $40m
• Established in managing and controlling budgets, schedules, programming etc.
• Overseeing and managing QA, OHSE and Project team
• Assisting with subcontractor claims, variations, tender and document control
• Natural leadership / mentoring potential
• Intelligent, commercially astute and self-motivated professional!
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to be a constructive team player
