Great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager located in Woonona. An builder who focus on delivering high-end apartment and townhouse projects has an Immediate need for a PM to run one of it’s development located in Woonona. Their business, currently with 20 full time staff have a successful track record of designing, developing and building award winning luxury apartments and townhouses. Experience successfully managing and delivering Class 2 projects is essential.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your duties will include;

• Site safety
• Design
• Programming using MS Project
• Management of all structural elements, including concrete pours, formwork etc.
• Ensuring high quality finish
• Direction and management of multiple sub-contractors on a busy site
• Regular correspondence with the client/ architects
• Run the construction programme ensuring key milestones are delivered on-time– weekly and monthly programme meetings

To be suitable for this position, it is expected you will possess the following skills.

• Will have a Trade / Carpentry background and progressed through to supervisory and Site Management positions.
• Will have a track record of delivering residential apartment constructions projects from $10M - $25M in value for established contractors / builder developers, start to finish in the last 5 years
• Must have managed multi residential projects – volume high quality units and townhouses
• Must have delivered multiple residential class 2 projects
• Experience of delivering full life cycle of project from civils to structure and finish. From inception through to hand-over
• Will have managed an on-site team consisting Leading Hands and labour.
• Immediate start.
