BRAND NEW local venue looking for a Supervisor to join the leadership team and help take the venue to the next level in providing exceptional family-friendly service to the community. Live locally and work locally in the beautiful bayside suburbs while becoming an ambassador for the venue on a daily basis.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you will be the face of the business when senior management is unavailable or on days off. You will manage daily operations, lead by example, and ensure the smooth running of service while upholding the company's standards for customer experience, food quality, and staff development.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will possess, but not be limited to, the following attributes:

* Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality (RSA / RMLV)
* Experience in Casual Dining, Cocktails, Wine, and Craft Beer, use and manage P.O.S & Booking systems
* Proven experience in managing high-volume indoor/outdoor venues
* Dynamic, energetic, and hands-on leadership style while being warm and inviting
* Strong communication skills and ability to work and train teams to succeed
* Ability to manage staff and ensure a positive working environment and culture
