What We Expect of You

• Clear and professional communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments, both verbally and in writing.
• Prior experience in Hotel Reservations is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience with reservation systems such as OPERA or MARSHA is a plus.
• A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence and fosters positive work environment.

A Glance at What You Will Do

• Supervise and support the reservations team, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
• Manage group bookings, room blocks, and special arrangements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth execution of group stays.
• Provide detailed information on room availability, rates, and property services.
• Assist guests with special requests, modifications, and cancellations.
• Train and mentor team members on reservations procedures, system usage, and customer service.
• Oversee reservation data entry, ensuring accuracy in systems like OPERA and MARSHA.
• Maintain room inventory control and update availability as needed.
