We’re searching for a dedicated, enthusiastic go-getter to join our team at Fancy Hank's and Springrock, bringing energy, passion, and flair to our food-loving, guest-focused venues.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• A love for teamwork and collaboration – we’re all in this together!
• Killer communication and leadership skills
• A stable employment history (yep, that’s a must!)
• Full working rights in Australia (required)
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, ideally in a restaurant or customer service-focused environment.
• A passion for food, drinks, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Solid knowledge of beverages, from classic cocktails to the perfect brew
• Stellar customer service skills with a focus on making every guest feel special
• Experience in inventory management and basic financial oversight
• People management skills that keep the team motivated and engaged
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and liquor licensing laws
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• RSA Certificate (a must-have!)
• Basic understanding of targets and KPI's
