As a fully licensed venue, we’re open 7 days a week, serving breakfast and lunch, with dinner service Thursday to Sunday.

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to work alongside an established management team in a stunning beachside setting.

About the Role:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards that Swell Mullaloo Beach is known for. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Providing an outstanding guest experience through attention to detail, service excellence, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager and team to uphold the Swell Mullaloo Beach reputation
• Ensuring all staff are trained and motivated to deliver top-tier service
• Maintaining a positive, professional environment and a strong team culture

About You:

You are a dedicated hospitality professional with a strong leadership mentality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to take on a supervisory role.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality
• Strong customer service mindset and a high level of attention to detail
• Proactive with excellent communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service
• Must hold an Approved Manager Card and RSA certification
