About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Mobiquip Australia as a Store Manager for our Aged Care and Mobility Equipment store in Frenchs Forest on Sydneys' Northern Beaches. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the growth and profitability of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and lead a small team of sales and customer service professionals where we foster a productive productive healthy workplace which aligns to our company values
- Work with our Business Development team to implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance
- Provide an end-to-end service for all clients, from initial greeting through equipment demonstration, quotation, accaptance and payment to facilitating product delivery
- Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Facilitate the continued growth of our short term assistive technology equipment hire business
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Engage with the local community to build strong relationships and promote our products and services to our clientele
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or similar operation with a focus on assitive technology, aged care or disability services
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with the aged care and mobility equipment industry is preferred, with experience in DVA, NDIS and HCP systems a destinct advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
