Care Manager | Aged Care | Relocate to Regional New South Wales

We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to join a welcoming community in a beautiful small town in regional New South Wales.

You will lead the clinical team of a small residential aged care facility and ensure high standards of care. Collaborating closely with the Facility Manager, you will also oversee clinical budgets, resource allocation and identify areas for continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

The Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience as a Care Manager in residential aged care
• Strong understanding of Aged Care standards with experience leading a facility through accreditation
• The ability to lead and motivate a clinical team
• Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills
• Full Australian working rights
