Role & Duties

• Develop and implement strategies to build and expand the rent roll.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants & contractors.
• Lead and oversee a team - be the go to person.
• Oversee a small portfolio of your own.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution.

• Vehicle & unrestricted WA drivers licence
• Must hold a current triennial certificate
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to lead a team
• A solid understanding of WA real estate legislation
• Corporate presentation & excellent communication skills
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
