TEN Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded WA commercial builder to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager. With a strong pipeline of newly awarded projects, this role offers the opportunity to lead landmark commercial, education, aged care and multi-residential developments across Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Enforce WHS compliance, site inductions, and toolbox talks to ensure workplace safety.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate programming, site documentation, procurement schedules, and reporting.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Extensive knowledge of WHS regulations, Australian construction standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights.
