Nobul is currently recruiting for a Senior Foreman or Site Manager for a Tier 2 construction company based in Brisbane where you will be working across Industrial and Commercial projects.

This is the ideal role for an established Foreman who is looking to take that next step, or a Site Manager wanting to expand on their current skill set.

Your initial project will be based near Logan working on a $10M Industrial new build - experience with tilt panel or industrial projects is essential.

The Role:

• Working across Industrial projects from $10M+
• Communicate with foreman, supervisors and subbies on site
• Manage and enforce strict safety protocols on site
• Coordinate all day-to-day workings on site
• Ensure project remains on program and within timelines

Requirements:

• Experience working on tilt panel or industrial projects
• 3-4 years experience working in a Foreman or Site Manager role with a commercial construction company
• Ability to communicate and work well in a team

• Proven tenure in your previous roles
