We’re on the hunt for an experienced Site Manager to join their largest QLD office in Cairns and take the lead on a landmark $55M multi-residential development in central Cairns. With a massive pipeline of work well beyond this project, this is a rare opportunity to secure a long-term, rewarding role in a booming region.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Must have experience on projects of similar value.
• Multi-residential experience is a huge bonus but not essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mentality.
• Ability to drive projects to completion on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
