Keyseq Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accountant to manage our financial records and contribute to our company’s success.

This full-time role will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, overseeing payroll and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles and must be detail oriented as you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Perform monthly and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Ensure related statutory requirements are met in terms of payments and reporting (including PAYG, SGC, Salary Sacrifice etc.)

• Assist with the development of financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with Digital Transformation of existing filling and archive systems to reduce the physical paper
• Oversee HR compliance and multiple payrolls
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• One-year full-time experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in MYOB accounting software and Microsoft Office products.
• Payroll and HR management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Desirables:

• An understanding of International Education.
• Customer service experience.

Salary: $74,000 per annum
