About the role:
Join a large privately owned company based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. Monday to Friday only. Recognised as one of Melbourne’s most established and successful Commercial agencies, with a reputation as the Metropolitan area’s most trusted advisers.

You will gain exposure across all aspects of Sales and Leasing and be given the tools and support to achieve your goals.

The successful applicant will have:

• Experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing Consultant preferred
• Strong people skills with previous experience in Residential Sales acceptable
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• MS Office suite proficient
• A strong network to work with
• Attention to detail!
• High level of initiative and time management skills
• Hands-on approach and “can do” attitude

Skills and experience:

• Real Estate Sales experience is essential - Commercial is advantageous
• Agents Rep cert/Cert IV in Property (Minimum)
• Driver’s license and own car to be able to conduct site visits

Base salary $70,000 inclusive with uncapped commissions, and commissions paid on each transaction, OTE $100,000 +
