The Company:
Our client is a long standing and well respected Commercial agency with fabulous offices in the CBD. This is a company who care about their team and remunerate for a job well done.

About You:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager with at least 1-2 years experience looking to make the move to a great company. This person will be committed and reliable, who can manage a commercial portfolio of around 160-180 predominantly industrial properties.
Working with an extremely progressive team, your proven track record in the commercial sector will allow your career to grow to great heights with this established organisation.

You will need to provide excellent customer service to clients and continually build your industry knowledge and relationships.

The Role:

• Database management
• Assisting with maintenance
• Arrears reporting
• Insurance reporting
• Essential services
• Assisting with market reviews
• Fielding phone calls and general administration e.g. preparing letters, emails and reports
• Assisting with Budgeting, Reconciliations and Estimate of outgoing reports

So, who are we looking for?

• Previous Commercial Property Management experience
• A current Cert 4 in Property/Agents Rep certificate
• Current drivers licence and car
• Highly driven with structured work ethic and hunger to achieve
• Excellent customer service with great communication and people skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Confident and mature demeanour
• The ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines
• Professional telephone manner

HOURS OF WORK:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 5.30pm (finish early on Friday's)
Another absolute winner about Commercial property management is there is NO WEEKEND work. The days of work are Monday to Friday only!

Salary will completely depend on your experience circa $110,000 - $130,000
