Blue Diamond is a leading industrial equipment supplier specializing in Generators and Air Compressors and other industrial equipment.

Working out of our Perth based operation in Kewdale, we are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and grow along with our company. In this role you will be assisting the Workshop Manager with the planning and administration of workshop builds, pre-delivery and commissioning works.

Primary Duties will be:

• Monitor new equipment build list and assist with planning/scheduling
• Identify and action the ordering of materials
• Assist with personnel mobilisation requirements for customer site access
• Liase with staff to assist with scheduling of works
• Carry out local pickups/ drop offs of goods and materials
• Maintain work in progress reports
• Assist with administration of OEM warranty registration

The suitable applicant will have:

• Strong communication skills with both internal and external parties
• Excellent attention to detail
• Working knowledge and experience with Blue Diamond Machinery products (preferred)
• Knowledge of computerised parts processing systems or ability to acquire such knowledge
• Forklift license desirable
• First aid qualifications desirable
• Experience with Industrial equipment preferred
