SAP Business Process Analyst - FICO & FSCM
- Contract: 12-Month FTC with Potential Extension
- Salary: $110K + Super
- Leave: 20 Days Holiday + 10 Personal Leave Days
- Location: Sydney CBD or Central Coast (Hybrid Working)
Join us as an SAP Business Process Analyst - FICO & FSCM and play a critical role in our SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA transformation project. In this position, you will act as the key interface between Finance, IT, and our System Integrator (SI) to ensure our finance processes are optimised and aligned with SAP’s capabilities. You will manage business process documentation, system design, change management, testing, and data migration to support the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for the Finance function, ensuring seamless communication with IT and SI partners.
- Facilitate workshops with Finance stakeholders and SMEs to capture business requirements and identify process improvements.
- Perform gap analysis between current finance processes and SAP S/4HANA functionality, providing recommendations.
- Support system design and validation, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of finance processes.
- Provide input on data migration strategies, ensuring accurate transfer of financial data.
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of business processes, training materials, and post-go-live support guides.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in finance process analysis with a strong focus on SAP FICO & FSCM.
- Expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Profitability Analysis, and Asset Accounting.
- Knowledge of SAP FSCM modules, such as Credit Management, Collections, Treasury, and Risk Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial process optimisation.
- Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or migrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in the publishing industry or similar sectors with complex financial supply chain processes.
