About the role
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring financial accuracy? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable team member to join our team and help maintain smooth and efficient financial operation.
- Account Reconciliations: Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial records
- Assisting with Refunds & Invoice Requests: Assist with processing refunds and issuing copies of invoices as needed
- Statement Preparation: Help in preparing and issuing financial statements to clients or relevant parties
- Payment Processing & Automation Support: Assist with automation processes, load third-party payments (such as BPAY and credit card transactions), and manually receipt payments as needed
- Daily Banking & Finance Inquiries: Prepare daily banking and respond to finance-related inquiries via phone and email
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, alternatively, demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Understanding of the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, debt collection, and account reconciliation
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist and resolve finance-related inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
