The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer for a temporary assignment of 2-6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable
• Process invoices and payments accurately and timely
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records
• Maintain and update customer records

About You:

• Minimun 2 years experience on a similar Accounts Receivable role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP..)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
