FourQuarters is excited to be working with a reputable, well known business based in Richmond, offering a contract opportunity in Accounts Receivable.

As part of the finance team, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process. Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the organisation’s financial integrity by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices to clients or students.
• Manage debtor collections, ensuring timely payments and following up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end processes as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across teams.
• Previous experience in the education sector is advantageous but not essential.
