The Role:
The OHS Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the OHS function, contributing to a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with all relevant OHS legislation and supporting the organisation's safety culture.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with the administration of the organisation's OHS Management System (OHS MS).
- Maintain OHS records, including incident reports, hazard assessments, and training records.
- Assist with the investigation of workplace incidents, including near misses, accidents, and injuries.
- Assist with the administration of return-to-work programs.
- Assist with the preparation of OHS reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs).

About You:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desire to develop professionally and build a career by gaining formal qualifications supported by the business
