Talent Connect are excited to be partnering with a fantastic financial services (investment company) who are looking for a Client Services Associate. Based in the heart of Sydney CBD, this role will be responsible for providing key support to the Managers across all client needs.

The Role:

• Support the team by providing first rate customer service and administration support.
• Understand all client's business goals and objectives.
• Ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Relationship management
• Ensure all new investor “on-boarding” is compliant with the relevant regulations.
• Record details accurately, conduct compliance database searches, liaise with investors to obtain correct and up to date documentation.
• CRM/investment database management.

• Confident use of CRM systems and technology
• Previous experience in the Financial Service industry in a similar role
