My client is a dynamic, boutique Financial Services firm located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. This newly created role is perfect for someone—whether a recent graduate or an experienced professional—looking to make their mark in a stable, long-term position. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and become a key member of the Client Services Department, supporting the senior leadership team and gaining valuable national exposure.

The Role
As a a successful Client Services Associate, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Monitor client services mailbox and support with client requests – Payouts, statements, etc.
• Performing searches required under the credit policy – Veda, AHPRA, ASIC
• Updating and entering information into the finance/information system
• Support for/involvement in transaction settlement process and post settlement requirements
• Communications/correspondence with clients/referrers if required
• Type of role: Permanent Full Time
• Location: Brisbane CBD
• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + superannuation
• Hours: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week

You
As a successful Client Services Associate, you will offer:

• Previous experience in the financial services industry, preferably within lending services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work towards deadlines and urgent priorities
