Talent Connect are excited to be partnering with a fantastic financial services (share registry) organisation who are looking for a Meetings and Client Services Associate. Based in the heart of Sydney CBD, this role will be responsible for providing key support to the Managers across all client needs.

The Role:

• Support the Listed funds team by providing first rate customer service and administration support.
• Understand all client's business goals and objectives.
• Ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all new investor “on-boarding” is compliant with the relevant regulations.
• Record details accurately, conduct compliance database searches, liaise with investors to obtain correct and up to date documentation.
• CRM/investment database management.
• Work closely with the Manager of the Meetings and Voting services team, and other departments to ensure excellent service is being provided

What you will need:

• Experience in a similar role
• A good knowledge of ASX listing rules, CHESS procedures and guidelines and key ASIC requirements.
• Exemplary customer service and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Collaborative and motivated team player.
• Confidentiality and discretion.
• Confident use of CRM systems and technology
• Previous experience in the Financial Service industry in a similar role
