About Your New Role

Providing administration support to one of firm’s experienced Financial Planners, versatility, flexibility and great customer service will be your keys to becoming an effective member of the firm as will be your eagerness to utilise your existing knowledge of the sector whilst learning the firms "processes and systems". Yes, your familiarity with what happens within a Financial Planning/Wealth Management business will be imperative to your success in this role.

Combining a variety of administration tasks, your strong commitment to detail, deadlines and efficiency are paramount. Working alongside Management and the existing administration team, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Diary management of a Financial Planner
• Preparing and reviewing documentation in readiness for client meetings
• Speaking with clients on the phone and in person
• Liaising with external service providers via phone and email
• Updating the client database daily
• Lodging documentation to various government and financial institutions

About You & What You Bring To The Firm

Along with a broad administration base, you will also possess excellent MS Office knowledge along with an effective communication style. A minimum of 12 months working within a Financial Planning/Wealth Management environment will provide the foundation skills you need to make a positive impact within this firm.
