We are looking for an Estimator & Sales Support professional to join our team and assist in delivering accurate quotes, coordinating project details, and supporting our sales team.

As an Estimator Sales Support, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing accurate cost estimates, pricing, and customer quotations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure competitive and profitable pricing while maintaining our high standards of service.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Prepare accurate and timely estimates for packaging solutions based on customer requirements
2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive quotations.
3. Coordinating artwork, specifications, and project details
4. Assisting sales representatives with administrative and customer support tasks
5. Managing documentation and ensuring timely communication
6. Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
7. Maintain and update pricing databases and internal systems
8. Liaise with suppliers to obtain cost information and negotiate competitive rates
9. Support customer inquiries, providing expert advice on cost-effective solutions
10. Assist in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will have:

1. Experience in an estimating, sales support, or similar role within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
6. Experience with estimating software or ERP systems (preferred but not essential)
7. A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
