About the role
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team at Tradey's Browns Plains. This full time (or permanent part-time if that suits you better) role will see you complete daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations for the day-to-day running of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Customer service by phone and email
- General administrative duties such as data entry, invoicing, chasing orders, following up back orders.
- Some E-commerce work
- Support the team with other office admin tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience with Reckon accounting program preferred but not required
About us
We are a small family owned business that has been operating in Browns Plains for 20 years this year.
We are a Retail/Wholesale Safety Supplier. We also do Embroidery and printing on site
We take great pride in offering high quality service to everyone of our new and existing customers.
