The Role: Our client serves a diverse range of customers, ensuring no two days are the same.
They are seeking an organized and friendly Administrator who will work closely within the team to oversee a broad range of administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- A broad range of administrative tasks as required by the business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their enquiries are handled in a timely manner and they are informed about job timelines and progress.
- Assist in preparing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling expenses.
- Answering phones and emails.
- Bank reconciliation, debtors end of month, prepare customer statements.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional administration and organizational skills with an eye for detail & a problem solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in administration and customer service role.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and payable.
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a challenging environment
