Owners Corporation Manager Role

Due to growth and changes our Camberwell office of 20+ staff is seeking an experienced owners corporation / strata manager to join us.

After taking on a new portfolio of around 900 lots, we are looking for an owners corporation manager to help take this on.

You will have admin support and training/re-training provided including a handover with the existing manager. Using StrataMaster software.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential and some mixed use / commercial properties, circa ~900 lots in the inner suburbs
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm, no weekends.

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary Range $110,000 + Super - $120,000 + Super
- Tools of the trade, laptop etc provided

- Senior Owners Corporation Manager Title can be offered, based on experience
- 2 days work from home and flexible hours too, very flexible office, they just want the portfolio managed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience, ideally with their own similar strata portfolio
- Good communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training and/or SCA modules
