The Crossroads Hotel is located in the major growth area of the southwest and boasts Food and Beverage Operations along with Functions, TAB, Gaming & Accommodation facilities. Our valued patrons enjoy their casual dining experience at the hotel due to our great customer service.

Current RSA & RCG Competency Card

You will also need to demonstrate the following:

• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Immediate start available.
• Up to 30 hours.
• Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends.
• Experience in gaming room essential.
• Advanced RCG essential.
• Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
