The award-winning Dean Group of Hotels (a family owned & operated SA Group – Largs Pier Hotel, Walkers Arms Hotel, Macs Hotel, Peninsula Hotel Motel, London Tavern) recently took ownership of the Kincraig Hotel in Naracoorte.

Our brand-new Kincraig Hotel Gaming Room will be launching shortly, and we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the Casual position of Gaming Attendant at our iconic and newly renovated 1930’s hotel.

You need to possess an energetic personality, be passionate about gaming, customer service and complement the style of our current dedicated gaming team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patrons with gaming machine operations and providing excellent customer service.
• Conducting transactions and handling cash in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitoring gaming areas to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and venue policies.
• Providing information on gaming promotions, prizes, and responsible gambling practices.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of gaming areas to ensure a pleasant experience for patrons.
• Must have all relevant certificates and badges (Gaming Manager & RP).
• Applicants must have had prior gaming room experience.
• 25-30 hours available per week - with day and night shifts over a 7 day roster.
