About the role

Carina Leagues Club Limited is seeking an experienced Gaming Attendant to join our dynamic team in Carina, Queensland. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers with all their gaming needs in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensuring gaming machines and related equipment are functioning properly and maintained to the highest standards
• Monitoring gaming activities to identify and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Providing information and guidance to customers on gaming rules, regulations, and promotions
• Adhering to all relevant gaming laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures
• Promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment
• Performing cash handling and accounting tasks as required
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service delivery

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Gaming Attendant or similar role in the hospitality or gaming industry
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Familiarity with gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• A passion for the gaming industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
