With our expansive and modern new outdoor gaming area nearing completion, we're seeking some enthusiastic Gaming Attendants to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

As our clubs continues to grow, we have opportunities for punctual, enthusiastic, Food, Beverage & Gaming Attendants to join our dedicated team. This opportunity extends across our two Illawarra-based businesses, located in Warilla and Corrimal.

There are mulitple vacancies for the role of Food, Beverage and Gaming Attendants available. These positions offer flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Handle cash and processing payouts accurately.
• Ensure gaming machines are well-maintained and in working order.
• Monitor gaming activities and adherence to responsible gaming practices.
• Maintain a clean and organised gaming environment.
• Report any incidents to management promptly and in detail.
• Prepare beverages and snacks for gaming patrons.
• Perform general ad-hoc duties as directed by management.

Some Must Haves

• A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Sound knowledge of Food & Beverage processes.
• A commitment and dedication towards teamwork, with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of gaming compliance.
• A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate/Competency Card.
• A valid NSW Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) Certificate/Competency Card.
• Flexible availability, with the ability to work a range of weekdays, weeknights, public holidays and weekends.

Some Nice to Haves

• A valid NSW Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming (ARCG) Certificate/Competency Card.
