A snapshot of your role….

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, emails, and travel, ensuring seamless coordination for both domestic and international commitments. Expect frequent travel (at least once a week) alongside the CEO.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, including diary management, tracking deadlines, and maintaining smooth operations across the office. [JH2] Exercise initiative and attention to detail to proactively remind the CEO of upcoming deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks[JH3]
  • Provide support to the board, ensuring timely documentation and communication while assisting in preparation for board meetings.
  • Share office management responsibilities, including light kitchen duties, in collaboration with the team.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across the organisation and supporting the CEO’s strategic priorities.
