I am looking for:

Bar manager

Floor manager

BOH office employee

My venue is called Dunbar by Palomas in the bay of Watsons Bay in a heritage listed building. We are open Wednesday to Sunday 11am to 10pm. Downstairs is a restaurant serving modern Australian food and upstairs is a tequila bar.

Must have experience in Managing. I need someone to come to me with solutions rather than problems. Experience in rostering and cost management. Overall looking for team leaders that lead by example and are present and attentive to the staff. Someone that comes up with ideas to create more revenue for the company.
