Heavy haulage and vehicle towing business located in Mulgoa Family-owned business past 23 years, transport industry; 28-35 staff in western Sydney, inc. 25 drivers.
75 hours per week on call min
55 hours per week productive min
Min Paid 60 hours per week
Package $143k p.a. plus super.
Extra paid hours optionally available.
Workstation in mulgoa office , car & phone supplied
What we are looking for but not all essential :
Min 15 years in relevant industry: Civil works , heavy haul transport, plant or motor maintenance , or motor trade certificate, jp,
Provide Checkable references for past 5 years,
Hold employment for periods over 3 years
Computer skills, team leadership. Machine operator. Permits , knowledge about cor, safety and compliance. Damage and Warranty management, insurance claims , customer and team support from office and onsite.
Update leave records , manage staff overtime,
6 months probation progressing to permanent role and rate review at end of probation.
