Our Client, Cessnock Hospitality Group, operates Clubs at both Cessnock and Paxton along with Wine Country Motor Inn. Offering a diverse range of hospitality experiences including food & beverage, gaming & wagering, and accommodation services. The Cessnock Leagues Club is currently undergoing a major redevelopment, including a significant expansion of its facilities and services.

With expansion plans about to commence, we are looking to increase our team with an admin and accounts all-rounder. This role incorporates accounts, administrative tasks, reception & events. Working closely with the Admin, Management and Events teams to drive the business objective and manage new projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Accounts: Assist with processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payroll, rostering and banking;
• Administration: Reception duties and administrative support for the Management team;
• Events: Support the Events team with general enquires, event management, and event preparation.

To be considered for the role you will have a strong background in administration and accounts with a high attention to detail. You will be a passionate, customer focused team player with a strong work ethic.

This is a part time role with flexible options - working 3 full days per week or 5 days per week school hours.
