Accounts Payable Officer / Admin Assistant

Part Time to Permanent basis – 30hrs per week (flexi)

Hours of work are 8am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday with 3 months' probation and if successful a salary review after probation

Previous accounts administration experience a must

Own transport essential - Parking available

Initial duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Data Capturing Accounts Payable
• Data Capturing & Maintenance of Fleet Records
• Filing
• Banking
• Petty Cash Reconciliations
• Handling & managing phone calls
• Assist Administration Manager with general administration duties as required
• Ensuring office and kitchen is well presented and maintained

The successful applicant should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Tertiary Accounting studies / short courses desirable
• High attention to detail
• Reliable & dependable
• Excellent written & verbal skills
• Ability to work both independently & in a team environment
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
• MYOB Accounting package experience a must
• Drivers Licence

This position would suite a candidate with a can-do attitude, who is self-motivated and has an eye for detail, be well organized and possess the willingness to learn. A self-starter who can use their own initiative and who can work unsupervised.
