ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Rehabilitation Consultants work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and monitor progress whilst promoting safe and durable return to activity.

Our services include:

• Vocational Re-Training and Assessment
• Return to Work Planning
• Case Conferencing with key stakeholders
• Employee Counselling and Support Services

You will engage within a multidisciplinary Allied Health Team with access to supportive treating practitioners and medical specialists.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant for our New Employer Team who has:

• General understanding of the Worker's Compensation and CTP Injury structures;
• Willingness to learn with good understanding of the challenges injured workers face when job detached;
• Excellent time-management and communication skills;
• Strong ability to work both independently and within a team;
• Proven track record of providing high-quality care and exceptional customer service;
• Relevant qualifications and registration i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling
• Current driver’s licence and own vehicle;
• New Grad's are welcome!
